The staff was very welcoming, I appreciated the mission and everything the organization is striving to achieve. I was evaluated based off of my in-class performance skills (training, engagement, preparation, etc.) and then questioned about my philosophy, mission, and expectations working with the organization. All pretty standard procedures for this line of work.
