Interview
An essay type written test (1 hour 15 mins) and a face to face interview with Someone in HRD.
The Written test contains 2 questions and conducted in English. The face to face Interview lasted for 45 to 60 mins. If shortlisted, candidate will be offered final round to meet with the HR Head. HR Head also looks after their Administration Section apart from HR Section.
Conducted Interview in Chinese. 2 interviewers in the interview sessions. Conducted a written test in English about staff engagement survey and part time job approval. The process was about 2 hours.
