First interview with direct manager who asked questions on why I applied to the role. Second interview was with a panel who asked “tell us about a time…” questions and about specific PM skills like “what do you look for a successful PDR exit” and third interview was with PMOS VP.
HR screening following by Hiring manager call. Then a meeting with the entire interview team (5 of them) on the call at the same time. They asked behavioral questions. I was over qualified, but was still interested in working at Honeywell. However, I was ghosted. No follow up contact at all to let me know I wasn't chosen. I wrote thank you letters and a week or two later reached out to both the hiring manager and HR for an update. Nothing. THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE PEOPLE. Just let us know you found someone more qualified. Very simple.

Extremely discriminatory policies. Once I learned of these policies I let the interviewer know that I was not interested in working for the company and ended the interview . There is a reason that role has been open for 10 months
