Interview process is not that much transparent and not providing any feedback until unless you candidature finalized for that position.
Also the interviewer not having capability to interview senior engineers, they dont know how to ask questions and how it related to job/work nature.

I don't want to say any specific questions, but they dont know what questions to ask the candidate to check capability for that position, asking any questions which is really not relevant to job is pathetic.
