The interview at HomeGoods went great! I felt comfortable discussing my experience, and the interviewer was friendly and welcoming. We connected over my passion for customer service and retail. The interview with Mathew at HomeGoods went great! He was friendly and easy to talk to. We discussed my experience and skills, and I felt confident throughout. It was a positive conversation.
It was very peronsable. Really wanted to make sure the people working there really care about the product and customers. I felt like they wanted to build a community so really talking about your passion for continuing your career with them as they have so many jobs that you can make your way up.

Interview
Interview process was very short. Igot called in for an Interview twi days after I submitted the application. I Spent roughly 15 minutes with the hiring manager. It took them 3 weeks to run a background check, and get thier orientation started.
Very simple , straight to the point. Homegoods wants you to make sure the store is clean and up to part. Make sure you know each aisle for the customers
