Very simple. Just fill out one of their application forms and hand it in to a member of management. If they feel it to be necessary, they will interview you on the spot or call to schedule an interview.

The interview process at HomeGoods was straightforward. I met with the store manager, discussed my work experience and availability, and received clear information about the role and expectations. I was hired the next day.

I was asked about my retail experience and customer service experience.
Applied online and then had an in person interview that lasted 15 minutes at most, asked about 5 questions where I had to explain what I would do in that specific situation.

Fue agradable y rápida. No esperé mucho tiempo para iniciar. Pasamos a un salón y allí me hicieron las preguntas. La persona que me atendió fue bastante amable. Entrevista en inglés.
