I sat with the owner, we discussed my previous jobs, discussed the goals of the firm, my personal goals. We also discussed what the opportunities were going forward. The meeting was one on one and over the phone. It was not very tough. They were very interested in my ability to to target clients. They were very interested in my ability to communicate masterfully with clients. Writing and organization was also very important.
