Holler Law Firm interview questions

I was greeted by two members of management. They were, friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in me as a person. They asked more about me as a person rather than my exact skills. I assume they wanted to do this to continue to foster a positive and friendly work environment as well as the fact that they know they can train anyone they hire to be a great employee.
