I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HitGrab (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interviews I had with the team were wonderful. You can tell that they are truly kindhearted and fun people. Started with a standard technical assessment, then lead to actual interviews. The technical interview was a collaborative coding environment working on a practical task you would actually be expected to do if hired on the team. A lot of discussion about your passion for games and personal projects, so it doesn't feel like a strict interview but more like a nice conversation.
Applied the position is indeed and get reply after 1 week. The questions mainly are behaviour question. They also ask some question about how to design a game. The manager is very nice
