      Technical Recruiter Interview

      Jul 20, 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at HireVouch (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2018

      Interview

Applied through Linkedin, they reached out for phone interview the next day, and scheduled to meet the next week. The whole process is pretty fast. They seem chilled. It's like all the typical startup out there where the office is an open space with a few Mac, a foosball table and a table tennis. They try really hard to make it look chilled, interesting and startup-ish. They took you to a coffee shop across the street and bought you a drink - they seemed really interested in you and genuinely wanted to know you but maybe by knowing my answers, they probably figured out that I'm not up for this. The interview lasted for an hour which I thought was a good sign. But after waiting for a week, they rejected me.
