Himmel Industries interview questions

The interview process comes with two assessments, the general IQ test and a set of basic accounting problems, which are both quite easy. After that, I had a face-to-face interview with the HR staff. The interview process was smooth, the interviewer was very kind and accommodating, the questions are basic you just have to be yourself. But I only had the initial interview because the salary was already disclosed by the interviewer and unfortunately it didn't meet my financial requirements.

This was hands-down the worst application experience I've ever had. I was invited to the company for an onsite interview and the recruiter refused to specify the duration of the interview, only reiterating that it would be a "whole-day" process. Past 8AM, I was left in a room to take two psychometric tests. I was not informed any tests would be part of the process. Afterward, the recruiter interviewed me with very basic questions. I was then told to go to another section of the compound, where I took a technical exam. After the exam, I interviewed with the head chemist, who asked about my thesis and laboratory experience. By noon, I was ushered back to the main building. I was told to get myself lunch at the company canteen or any nearby restaurant. An hour later, I was told the final interviewer was not yet available and I was given the option to return the next day or wait. I waited almost 2 hours for a 10-minute interview and I was given the job offer. I found this extremely disrespectful of my time and there were red flags everywhere. I will not ever consider applying here again.
