Each round lasts more than an hour. Asked to complete an hour-long assessment after the first round. Went through the second round and was rejected. Complete waste of my time. I am not sure why each interview lasted an hour these days, if they didn't want me from the beginning. Asked a bunch of irrelevant questions as well. Will never apply again.
