I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Hexaware Technologies (Chennai) in Oct 2023

it was smooth enough and all the rounds were elimination there were 3 rounds for us (On - Campus) 1.APT 2.Communication 3.HR if you get selected then good for you maybe you may get PGET which offers 6lpa it has another 3 rounds consisting 1.Coding Round 2.TR 3.HR

APT was mostly from R S Agarwal and as for HR it was kind of my personal questions regarding my hobbies and my interests . I got selected for PGET and the coding round was very easy and the TR is also very easy and Then HR again common HR questions from internet

Interviewer joined after 1 hour of login time, asked me just what are the pillars of oop that i answered correctly and other hr questions which lasted for just 5 minutes and rejected me based on these 5 minutes

In group discussion, they will mainly focus on the quality of speech not quantity. So, focusing on the way of speaking is important. The remaining rounds are quite easier. Aptitude, Programming, Tech HR, General HR are easy to clear.

The interview process was well-structured and not very hard, starting with GD, followed by aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I attended through campus placements and had a smooth, positive experience throughout. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.
