The interview process was odd. So many questions I felt as though I was on a game show, and most were competency/behavioural questions. Though I was given the opportunity to ask questions at both the phone interview and the face-to-face interview, neither interviewer knew enough about the role to answer simple questions. Left feeling positive, and with the news they would get back with feedback and a response before the next week. Unfortunately, the response took a further two weeks (with no news or apology for time taken), along with a travel reimbursement cheque which had been more than halved to reflect a shorter but far more time consuming route. If that is how they treat interviewees, I dread to think how they might treat employees.
