I had a first round interview and was told id be offered a second interview. The interview went well and I was promised transparency through the process. I never heard back.

I send in the initial application materials, completed a writing/management exercise, and then was invited to an interview.
They sent an email one hour before the interview was supposed to start canceling, saying that the role had been filled internally. When I reached back out to them to learn more, they ghosted me.
