After being selected based on CV and motivation, the selection process consists of 2 interviews. The first interview is around 30 minutes with HR manager and future manager. I was asked in advance to prepare a 3 minute pitch.

Friendly environment, open questions regarding previous experience and education, took no longer than 30-40 minutes to pass the interview. There were three Red Cross employees, who asked questions in turn. The questions came mainly from supervisor. Salary issue was also discussed at the interview.
