After I applied I received an invitation for a job interview within 2 days. It was a nice interview and a meeting with about 10 new employees about the company. Within 3 days they gave me an offer which I accepted.
First the whole group listened to a presentation in English and Swedish for about 20 minutes. Then the individual interviews were conducted. Three interviews were done at the same time.
Poco professionale e superficiale. La persona che avrebbe dovuto condurre il colloquio era assente, e la sua sostituta non aveva idea di cio' che doveva fare. Tornava dalla maternita' ed era gia' assai annoiata di doversi trovare li'.
