Zuerst ein Kennenlerngespräch via Telefon. Fragen rund um grundsätzliche Motivation für die Bewerbung und Eignung. Dann ein Interview mit Case, gefolgt von einem 2. Interview mit selbst mitgebrachter Präsentation zu Projekterfahrungen

-30m call with HR -1hr call with hiring manager -4hour on sight with 1-1/2hr design challenge follow by design review and a tour. Design challenge was 1-1/2hr hour to review a problem statement, come up with 3 concepts and present those concepts. It was good work and even fun, but not really the best way to demonstrate capabilities. They ended up ghosting me, then reaching back out a month later, and then ghosted me again. For this reason I'm giving a negative experience. It is a lot of invested time to be ghosted Otherwise the process wasn't so bad.
