Interview
It was a unique multi-phase process I was screened by a recruiter first had a nice conversation there learned a bit more about the company and their unique approach and philosophy. I then talked to their executive board and was asked quite a bit about my experience as well as some scenario-based questions to see how i would handle certain circumstances. All in all, it was an excellent and very unique process.

Asked about my very first job and what I learned from it. I thought that was a unique approach from a prescreen seemed as if things were geared more in getting to know me then to qualify or disqualify me.

No início o processo é normal, eles parecem muito solícitos no começo, no entanto, se você não é interessante por alguma circunstâncias você nem fica sabendo. Eles te pedem exercícios detalhados e vídeos. Eles não tem um setor de RH, os próprios desenvolvedores que a seleção, e não dão feedback.
