It was rigorous in the sense that there were so many parts to it. It was a three part interview with phone being the first, face-to-face the second, and observation during work hours as the final part.

I applied on line. I had a phone interview and scheduled a face to face. The interviewer was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, very effective. Asked the usual personality questions to see where you fit best. I applied for one location and she fit me to another location she thought I would like more. She was right!
