Contacted via email by a recruiting firm who did a casual phone interview. Set up a zoom interview with the company for the next morning. A senior lead, new to the company, completed the recorded on-screen interview to share with her supervisor later. I will hear back by the end of the week. I believe this is a 3 step process.
