Explain the project you did during your final year
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HealthAsyst (Bengaluru) in Dec 2025
Interview
went through a recruitment firm, to get the resume submitted to getting a call from healthassyst took easily 3 weeks, interview experience overall is easy, focus on basics properly , properly study RAG, had 2 rounds here, the initial round is 1 hour and the second round is 30 min, got dropped in the 2 nd round after passing the interviews because of having just 10 months of experience in current organization
I had a very disappointing experience during the interview process. The initial two rounds, which were conducted virtually, went smoothly. However, for the final round, I was asked by the HR to come to their office for an in-person interview. That was still acceptable, but things took a turn for the worse after I arrived.
Despite trying to contact HR multiple times upon reaching, my calls were not answered. There seemed to be confusion and a lack of coordination about who would be conducting the final interview, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
When the interview finally began, it was clear that the interviewer had not reviewed my resume thoroughly. The discussion focused heavily on AI-related buzzwords and jargon, none of which were mentioned in my profile or experience. It felt like I was being tested on topics irrelevant to my background.
Overall, the process felt poorly organized and unprofessional. It ended up being a waste of time, money, and left me feeling demotivated.
