It was smooth, with analytical and critical thinking-based questions, situation-based questions, and basic knowledge sharing. I was asked about my willingness to participate in required training and how this position would benefit me.

Most questions were about celebrating holiday and birthdays for families who don't celebrate them due to their cultural background
Also, about how I would handle a behavior problem with a child in the classroom.

I went in to do an application and got the interview that day. Came back the next week and i was hired. I had to wait about a month before I could start the job. I started in the beginning of august and had to train for about a week before i could go onto the campus.
