Gespräch über bisherigen Werdegang und Interessengebiete sowie bisherige Qualifikationen und Wunschgehalt.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeitern, die auf alle Fragen eingegangen ist und auch alle wichtigen Informationen bereitgestellt hat.
Man fühlt sich aufgehoben und freut sich auf den Prozess und hat das Gefühl, dass hier Wert darauf gelegt wird eine passende Stelle zu finden für einen.

Interview
The interview process was quick but there was no feedback after the interview. They did not inform when a candidate was not accepted and forced the candidate to question Hays. And the worst part was the response given: "We still don't know because the client didn't tell us anything either". Four months went by and I had to question Hays about the status of the recruitment process.
