I have spoken to a few Hays people, regarding certain roles they manage as RPO & I must say I've found them all to be very arrogant. And after speaking to them about certain roles, they never got back to me. Despite the fact that they have my CV & I see roles that they advertise and for which I'm a perfect fit, they never get in touch.
