Long and in depth. There are multiple steps to the interview process and it is very thorough, including and IQ and personality test. They are communicative along the way and, if your schedule allows, you can get this all done fairly quickly.

Good, pretty standard interview process, it was pretty typical. That was fine. I went through a couple of interviews and everything seemed to go well. The problem is I never heard anything back from anybody from the company, It's no problem at all if I'm not a good fit, I understand. But please respect me and my time. If I spent the effort to take off work and go through the interview process. Please at least tell me that I didn't get the position. There nothing more stressful than waiting to hear back from an interview. It would take about 2 minutes to send an email to the candidate. Please do this in the future.
