I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hatchways in Dec 2021
Interview
They asked simple questions for Springboot framework but got rejected. Apparently, they want you to answer a simple questions with a full blown complex answers. They don't even tell you where your mistakes are.

The interview process was fine, there were two parts.
One take home and another group project.
First, I was being assessed for their internal role, but because I didn’t have fluency in react, they suggested I do their evaluation to see if I can be a fit for another company.
I ended up finishing their assessment in 3 days, got matched to 2 companies who are hiring for my stack and then got an offer within 1 week.
