Harmoney Consulting Group interview questions

Only managed to get through 15 minutes into the conversation, and James Ellis asked me to describe my experience. Went over my CV and he had an issue with me having my own clients as a freelance consultant. Also indicated that he likes his "guys" to be working into the evening just for him, and no one else. Was incredibly rude and abruptly interrupting me throughout the process, and kept saying "I don't wanna insult you" before implying that I'd steal his clients.
