A disproportioned use of very old selecting and recruiting techniques. Nice chat with the manager but questions are repetitive, superficial and absolutely old. Well, from there you can understand what kind of company is it.

Interview
Fairly informal, held on the floor on a busy Friday night. Asked competency based questions about interactions with guests, dealing with complaints etc. Held with two managers. Very relaxed. I wore smart casual clothes (black top and black trousers)

It was fun! Standard serving interview, asked about the background but they also asked you for your music preferences. Plus it was super laid back. Went ahead and had my second interview on the spot.
