I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Harbor IT in Oct 2025
Interview
Very drawn out, very secretive. They wouldn't tell me their roles or how long they have been with the company. No one seemed happy, no one could discuss culture or what working there is like. They are unsure what they want, after many weeks, Hours spent on multiple interviews, personality assessments, capacity testing they decided not to go with the role - could not be bothered to inform me directly, let a 3rd party recruiter inform me. They do not respect you or your time, working there will be exactly the same as interviewing there.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What size client base and portfolio (e.g., ARR, MRR) have you supported? How do you define success in a post-sale customer lifecycle? What metrics do you prioritize?
Recruiter contacted me, teed me up with an interview afterward. Zero contact after that second interview. Felt ghosted, especially after the recruiter said I was a good fit. Was asked very specific questions that seemed to try to find someone that fit their preconceived notions of leading managed services vs. being open to other ways of working.
