Was recruited by an external recruiter, after that it was one 45 minute phone call with the manager that just went over the job role and asked high level details of myself. Very easy. Then there was an onsite interview that lasted around 2 hours, got a tour of the facility, talked about projects a bit more, the training process, and finally was asked a few typical interview questions. Still fairly easy.
