Hand & Stone interview questions

Interview went great but there were red flags right away. Manager mentioned she had an issue with keeping employees. I got hired and then on my first day when I went to only fill paperwork out, the manager informed me she was no longer hiring me. I was over qualified with this position to begin with but out of the years of work experience, this was the most unprofessional, rudest experience I have ever had. They should do an investigation and evaluate the management at this specific establishment.
