Nice people, friendly. Professional. Lighthearted. Had to do an interview in-person in their London office. This took place after an online test where I had to write a press release in a short time period.
It was easy. I was asked the usual competency questions and behaviour based questions. Overall, not too bad. Good to have knowledge of company beforehand and understand their work and campaigns.
HR screening followed up by interview with Account Director. Thereafter, a case study needs to be completed. Pending the outcome of the study, an interview with the Managing Director and/or Partner is planned.
