Halltech Inc. interview questions

Applied online, contacted by email a few days later for on-site interview, went way out there a few days later and was shocked at how small the company is. I was overqualified for the job and they didn't really seem to care about my qualifications or anything, HR just wanted to hear buzzwords like 'team player' and 'positive thinker' and stuff. Super open-ended questions like 'Describe a conflict in your life and how you resolved it'.. wasn't sure what to say or how long to talk and interviewer never interrupted so I felt like I rambled a bit.
