Phone interview consisted of a basic skills assessment on beginner PC troubleshooting. In-person interview was also quite basic, consisting of a multiple choice / written assessment again, followed by interviews with two current employees. Finally, the last portion of the interview was a day shadowing an employee for about half a day.
