I completed 2 interviews and met with a former intern. The process went smoothly, until they never got back to me, even after they said they would. I had to send a follow up email 4 weeks later and then they said they chose another applicant. Very unprofessional when coupled with the fact that they proceeded to critique my appearance during my virtual interviews as some sort of "feedback".

Interview
One very quick phone interview with 2 or 3 questions such as 'why HUB' and 'why insurance', then a 30-minute one-on-one teams meeting. Most of it was going over the position. Afterward I was able to ask questions.

Interview
Had a phone call with Trevor Black pre interview and then got my official interview date with Jim Marks and David Bell. Had a hour or so conversation with them and then shortly after got my official offer letter for the summer.

They asked me about how my previous job which was a golf caddie at Trinity Forest Golf Club and what I learned from that experience

Interview
Very friendly and conversational. I felt like it wasn't overwhelming at all, very normal questions inquiring about past experiences. I had two rounds of interviews, both virtually. Also communicated very well via email.
