Since this is a large company, I can’t comment on other experiences, but my entire process took one week. Phone screening, then spoke to hiring manager, then executive interview and job offer within the same day. No gotcha questions. Seemed like they were big on trying to see if personality is a good fit and if your current experience is something they want to add to their team.

Overall, the interview process consisted of four rounds. Initial telephonic interview by a third-party service provider. Second round with the supervisors (technical, previous roles, and explaining the role). Third round with supervisors and managers (technical, situational, and role-based questions). Final round with supervisors and vice president (mostly leadership-based questions and situational awareness). A HR representative was continuously monitoring each stage of the interview, kept posted on the successful completion of each level, and planned for the next round of interviews.
