Interview
The interview process was very transparent, friendly, and enjoyable. I got to meet key team members throughout the interview process who were all lovely and gave me a great feeling about the overall culture of the team. The interview process consisted of about 4 stages but there was great communication in between each stage to keep me updated about the status of my application and what to expect for subsequent stages.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International (Albuquerque, NM) in May 2024
Interview
Consist of two interviews, very thoughtful questions both experience and behavioral based. Interview was friendly, intuitive and included conversation that flowed easily through each questions. The interview was approximately 60 minutes long for each interview phase with the hiring director and VP.

Interview
The interview was conducted in a very efficient manner. The hiring manager had set up the expectations in the first round itself. The interview had just the right amount of questions keeping it informative yet interesting. There were 3 rounds in total, the last of which was conducted by the VP. the process was smooth. All the interviewers had a very pleasing personality which made me feel comfortable and confident.
