Interview
The interview process includes a discussion with the HR followed by an interview with management of the hiring team. Then the last interview is a technical interview. The overall process is smooth and every person in the interview is very pleasant and set proper expectation about the job.

The interview process is informal and friendly. We focus on a two-way dialogue, allowing myself to showcase my skills while receiving insights into the team culture and exciting projects. I enjoyed the informal dialog.

Interview
The interview process was broken down into multiple stages (intro, tech, and meeting the team) which was a lot easier than some others that try to do it all in one time block. This allowed me to have more than enough time to ask my own questions towards the end of each interview.
