The interview process started with a short phone conversation with an HR recruiter. After that, she scheduled a video interview with the team leader and another member of the team. We did one more virtual interview, as well, before I was offered the job. HR was very accessible to me and I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted. They even set up a phone conversation for me with the person who was leaving the job that I'd been offered (at my request) when I was trying to decide whether or not to accept the position. It was very helpful and an easy process. In fact, the process helped convince me this was a company I wanted to work for.
