I was contacted by email after applying online. The first interview was very pleasant and with relevant questions and additional information about the role. After a week or so, they set up the second interview with the hiring manager. It was also easygoing and conversational. I had similar experience in the same industry which the manager liked very much. However, I received no other communication whatsoever. I asked a contact who is working in another department but they couldn’t find anything out about the role. I thought they could have a tiny bit of decency to inform candidates about the process. About a month later, I saw the role reposted! I can’t believe it! I’ll never apply to this company again and will advise others to also refrain from trying.
