It did during two separated meeting. the first one was happened with my direct manager, it was so useful interview because of clearly expressed expectations and duties. The second one was with the main regional manager that it was so professional meeting as well.

It was a very easy process, I was made to feel comfortable and not nervous , as I was asked about my customer service skills, and work ethics, and if this was something that I would enjoy.
