The interview process was good. I sent in my application and heard back from a recruiter about a week later to give my responses to questions over email. They said it was to help speed up their process. Another week after, I heard back from another recruiter to set up a time to have an interview over Microsoft Teams. I met with two managers and a senior VP. The interview felt super casual and I got along with everyone. They made the process feel more like a conversation about getting to know who I am as a person instead of what skills I have. After this interview, I receive a call a couple days later telling me they would like to offer me the position and sent an offer letter the following week. I accepted the position and started 3.5 weeks out from agreeing.

The interview process was set up very well I feel. It was assuring having several different interviews to truly meet more people. It is always an intimidating process but the team was very comforting and assuring.
