Interview
First was contacted with HR for a phone screening. Then was invited for an onsite where I was interviewed by two account managers at the same time. They asked the usual behavioral questions (why do you want to do insurance, greatest weakness, strengths, etc.) and then made me do a simple writing/math test. I did not get it because it has been a few weeks since the interview and they have not contacted me back. It was your very standard behavioral question interview followed by asking questions at the end.
The interview process was great. I had a remote interview with HR and was then passed to an in-office interview. Everyone involved with the process was professional, kind, and welcoming.

Interview
Two video interviews followed by a job offer and discussion of pay, benefits, date of hire, etc. This was mostly done by phone, email and text. A face-to-face meeting was conducted the first day of employment.

Best interview experience I have ever had. Everyone was really easy to work with and communicated clearly about the process. It wasn't intimidating at all. They were very flexible in terms of scheduling the interview around my availability.
