The interview process was as smooth and comfortable as possible. The initial interview took place with our talent acquisition manager, and the second was with who is now my direct manager on the service team. One did a phone interview to get a better feel for where my goals align alongside the company's values, and he does a really good job at making you feel seen! The other interview was honestly fun and had me feeling happy to open up and share past experiences, as well as share some laughs. I could tell immediately in each interview, this is a place I would want to work at. The people are easy going, hardworking, and truly have heart in what they do -- that is always somewhere I will gravitate towards.
