The interview process was straightforward and conversational. It began with a brief introduction, followed by questions about my background, availability, and relevant skills. They emphasized teamwork, time management, and reliability. The overall atmosphere was friendly and supportive, making it easy to express myself and ask questions about the role

They asked me how I would balance academic responsibilities with the job.
I recently had a productive discussion with my manager regarding my role and future opportunities within the company. Following our conversation, I am now eagerly awaiting feedback from the HR department. In addition to that, I am pleased to share that I have formally accepted the job offer extended to me.
It was rather simple process with minimum requirements. I did not pass initial submission but went through phone screening process. HSBC Online application -> Phone screening (~5 minutes) -> Zoom -> Actual Offer
