It usually comprises of three rounds
1. A written aptitude test which lasted for around 1 hour
2. A group discussion
3. A one on one interview, where a lot of technical questions regarding analytic were asked

it was mostly puzzles and about characteristics.it went very well.not much technical questions were asked.mostly about your role in your previous employer.they ask about your salary requirements in the same process.there were 2 rounds and the 2 rounds were puzzles.
