5 rounds: CV, Online Assessment through SHL, one-way Video Interview, Group Case, and Final Interview. Total time taken from beginning till end: 3 months.
I believe a strong CV with relevant experience in banking or activities that shows yourself as a dynamic person with good problem-solving mindset (case competitions, side projects) is a key to successfully pass first 3 rounds.

HR interview where they asked about interest, skills, etc., before a 1-day assessment incl. case presentation (that is generic and not technical) and interview with business heads (likewise, not technical and more about interests, motivation, etc.).
