Very standardized. Everyone got the same questions basically. Just ask your friend who went through the interview with them. I like the process as well. Interviewers are friendly and easy to talk to.

1st Round was easy, only behavioral, basic questions about general fit. 2nd round had easy technicals about certain private banking sectors, where you see the future of banking going, and one case study

Where do you see the future of private banking going
Intern role: final assessment centre was a combination of online skills assessment and 1-1 interview with a manager. The assessments were where they flashed a long qn on the screen and u had to record your answers

Interview
I took an online assessment and was then invited to a super day. I cycled through 4 interviews, each with a 30-minute interview. I was then instructed to wait a week to hear back. It ended up taking a couple months to hear back.
