I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (Leicester, England) in Jan 2014
Interview
The interview was long. There were many probing questions. The interviewer was formal and challenging answers, almost confrontational. Eg, saying to an answer I gave, "That doesn't mean anything". Then there was a roleplay. You were given a scenario and time to prepare. The interview left the room and the phone rang. The call was difficult.
